Let's get down to brass tacks. Sometimes, circumstances in a workplace change.. sometimes for the better; but more likely than not, for the worse. Is it REALLY necessary to insult the intelligence of your staff by even hinting that a piece of paper is going to fix an increase in falls? Dude.. we've got fuckin stroked out (may as well be tripped out) people flinging themselves out of bed all the frigging time. Do you really think a SIGN is going to help the staff?? How about.. oh I don't know.. STAFFING THE FLOOR PROPERLY?

(second half of this message is for the person who told me to lighten up on my blog) I don't know though, these girls are pretty heavy, not sure how much lightening up they are going to do. *shrug*
